Explosion-proof lighting fixture is used for lighting highly explosive area 2 and fire risk classes as to marking and hazardous areas of zones 22 e.g. industrial areas of oil- refining, gas, chemical, woodwork and other industries.

ADVANTAGES:

there are modifications with emergency units that provide work of luminary in emergency mode not less than 3 hours;

two cable glands make possible transit network connection to power supply line;
high IP-requirements;
weather-proof - long life cycle.

DESIGN:

Housing: extruded aluminum profile.
Side covers: non-flammable plastic.
Inner reflector (modification -1ХХ): polished aluminum sheet of high quality.
Light-transparent protective element: plain transparent heat-resistant glass.
Control gear: mounted electronic ballast.
Cable glands: 1 or 2pcs.
Source of light: LEDs.

Delivery set: lighting fixture with LEDs source of light, mounting knot.

Installation:

(А) on supporting surface with turning lira
(В) using universal fixing knot:

on horizontal supporting surface using screws, threaded rods or bolts
on horizontal mounting profile
on horizontal pipe Ø25...28mm
on vertical rods
on hooks

Recommended instalation high: to 18...20m.

Network connection: individual or transit:

cable gland with thread G1/2" for not armored cable Ø8...12mm (core section up to 4mm², for emergency mode up to 2,5mm²).
cable gland with thread М20х1,5 for armored cable Ø6,5...14mm (core section up to 4mm², for emergency mode up to 2,5mm²).
